Reyna, the FoxDogDarying and Cheesemaking in the Past

It's been done for thousands of years, but has it always been the same?

It was natural that once we started making cheese for our own use, from our own goats, we'd become interested in how cheese was made in the past. And of course, that led to wondering how dairy animals were kept, who kept them, where, and so on. Eventually, these pages will explore that (I just need time to write it all up).
